MEMBERSHIP RULES & REGULATION
1. You must be 15 years old and above.
2. All COY members agreed to fully comply with the Rules & Regulation under ‘My Membership Points’ membership program.

Customers who signed up ‘My Membership Points’ will immediately become New member with any purchase.
New members whom purchase above S$120 within a 6 month period will be promoted immediately to Super members from the first day of the following month.
New/Super members whom purchase above S$250 within a 12 month period will be promoted immediately to Gold members from the first day of the following month.
After the upgrade, the Super/Gold rank will be valid for 12 months.
To maintain the 12 month Super/Gold rank status, Super/Gold members are required to purchase more than S$120/S$250 respectively during their current membership year.

All members will be entitled to earn ‘My Membership Points’ points for purchase of normal-priced products.
New members (100% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend S$100 and receive 100 points)
Super members (150% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend S$100 and receive 150 points)
Gold members (200% of the total purchase amount e.g. Spend S$100 and receive 200 points)
Every 50 points is equivalent to S$1 (e.g. 500 points is equivalent to S$10 redemption)
5. All members will be given one-time double points for the first purchase on their birthday and Christmas month.
6. Points are to be accumulated with purchase of normal-priced items only (Not applicable to discount and promotional items).
Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
7. ‘My Membership Points’ membership will be forfeited and all points will be voided if there is no transaction (e.g. product purchase, points usage or accumulation) within 12 months.
8. Only normal-priced products that are purchased with membership points are applicable for exchange/refund.
Membership points will be refunded into the member’s account. Please refer to the Exchange & Refund Policy for more information.
9. COY reserves the right to alter and amend any of the Rules & Regulation of ‘My Membership Points’ including the benefits, or to terminate it at any time without prior notice.
10. All members are responsible for their change of personal information to COY.
COY will not be responsible for any loss of benefits, privileges, or results related to points due to any discrepancy in member’s information.
11. Members are to notify COY for issues pertaining to points balance within 30 days of transaction.

1. What our policy covers?
